Access Time Query

  TheTerminator 16:50 07 Jun 04

Please help me!
I have a table in access, with a
persons name
Start time
Stop time
Time worked

e.g. John Smith, 09:00, 17:00,

I would like Access to automatically work out the difference between the start time and stop time and give an answer, e.g. 08:00 in the example above. However my knowledge is too limited and i don;t know how to do it.

Can some one help me? Please????

something like:

ElapsedTime: DateDiff("n",[Start time],[end time])\60 & " Hours " & Format(DateDiff("n",[Start time],[end time]) Mod 60,"00") & " Minutes"

Does this work in a table? It is the sort of thing that might help me out and I thought you could only enter expressions into queries. Can you spare the time to give further details of how this works. Thanks
