I can't get teh security tab in XP to show. Other trheads here refer to setting off simple file sharing in Explorer Folder Options View but the this doesn't appear on my sysem.

There is a reference to a download in the April edition to tinyurl.com/2zsqcq but this link does not work.

Can anybody suggest what I need to do to get the security tab to appear.

Thanks

Simple file sharing is enabled by default in XP Home

Note You must be logged on to the computer with an account that has administrative credentials. If you are running Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, you must start the computer in safe mode, and then log on with an account that has Administrative rights to have access to the Security tab.

I had some trouble getting the file from Microsoft website but works OK as does safe mode approach.

Many thanks for everybody's help.
