I am thinking of creating a database (Access 2003)as a server based application for our Staff records, personal details, contact details etc, I would like to incorporate a diary/calendar into the database.

My multi part question is this:

Is it possible to use the Calendar facility from Outlook in a database, and if so how, or is there a third party piece of software I can use?
