Access 2007 designing question

Please help? I am trying to build a database for our small company. I want to see all records of my Purchase Qty, Sales Qty, Invoice Sales Qty together. When I try and make a query that does this as I add the different Qty queries the records deminish. I have about 300 products, and 200 Items I have purchased this year, and about 150 of the items have sold (in dif quantities). So my end result is that only 150 Products show instead of 300. And when I add my Order query which have about 24 products that have sold in different quantities, only 24 products show. I would be greatful if I could send a more experienced person my database and I could also explain more. Many thanks, Craig.
