Most Universities use Endnote or Biblioscape.
Endnote is the business if you can afford a copy. A student (with evidence from your college or university) can buy a personal copy for around £75. The full blow product is over £100. It is really easy to use and integrates with Word and will automatically import references from most digital library search engines.
