Well first of all I'm new here so I'd just like to take this opportunity to say hi!

So yes I'm about to buy a new PC. However, with the choice available today this is quite a difficult task as I'm sure you will agree. I do not want to build my own, basically because I don't have the time to do it.

So the PC I need? well it needs to match or near the following spec:
-Intel E6600 Processor
-Powerful graphics card, preferably the nvidia 7900 or higher.
-At least 2GB of ram.
-Preinstalled with windows vista home premium or ultimate.
-At least 320GB hard drive
-A good sound card, preferably with an optical out but this is not essential (but desirable)
-I can purchase the monitor separately or if you can find a package fair enough. It needs to by a high resolution 20" or higher
-and finally, all the usuals... DVD burner etc.

Price range is up to £1000.

Any help and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
