9800 gtx and 4850 hd

have seen reviews i like 4850 but says it runs a bit hot
trying to find out what the 9800 gtx are like

you can get 4850's that have non reference coolers that take the temp down by about 20c. his have a iceq version, others have similar.

the 9800 gtx looks like a better choice for alround performance
have to try and find details of the 4850 with better cooling

justy done some more checking
as i own a dell 9200 which is silent
only making any noise when playing games
i am now looking at a 4830

you can get a gigabyte 1g hd4850 with passive cooling [no fan] £143 at scan.co.uk

yes it may have no fan but the heat from
a 4850 has to go somewhere
would mean adding a rear case fan
