I am wanting to place 4 Recipes per A4 Sheet using Office 2007. Is it possible to divide the A4 sheet into 4 so that it auto goes from one section to another,like when using columns.

Won't 4 columns do what you want

You could use a 2 column, 2 row table.

Just played around. If you go to insert, table highlight 2 by 2 square, you can drag it out to cover the whole page then enter text in each square.

Your printer Properties may do it. after clicking on print check properties if it allows so many to the page. mine does

Fineprint;
click here

It's a "virtual printer". You print to the fineprint " printer", then set the options you want, then fine print prints to you real printer.

It's brilliant for this sort of thing.

Good luck,
