Incomming mail no problems but I cannot get my outgoing mail to go via outlook or via my mail provider. I have changed the smtp as they say & tried smtp.three.co.uk and also smtp-mmb.three.co.uk,without luck. I get the message "protocol:smtp, port25,secure(ssl):no, socket error:10013,Error number:ox800ccc0e. any help here most welcome please....

Socket error's can be caused by 'Anti-Virus' and or 'Firewall' software. Try turning them off ~ one at a time ~ and giving it another go. If you one of these is the culprit, it will have to be configured to correct the problem.
