This is a problem I think I have resolved myself and thought it might be useful if anybody else is infected.

I don't know what this is but, from a brief google, it appears to be a Trojan.

I was on this (PCA) site earlier and suddenly Zonealarm came up with a warning that it was trying to access the internet and also Trusted zone.

I did a search on my computer and discovered it in C: and some kind of prefetch file. Both had arrived today and neither could be deleted.

I immediately re-booted and was able to remove them.

If this happens to you and you catch it quickly enough you can ignore all the instructions and programmes for removing it that you will find on Google.

As an extra measure I also did a restore to yesterday.

My system appears to be free of it, but I don't know how it got in because the only site I had visited was this one.
