3 Persons 1 e-mail address?

is there anyway I can allow someone access into an e-mail address to view e/mails, attachments, and pictures but not allow them be able to change passwords or anything else or is this too silly an idea?
Or any other ideas guys?

If your email is password protected your third parties are going to have to know it to access the files you want them to see, which then rather defeats the object of having a password in the first place..

I of course realise they will have to have a password I just wondered if it could made possible for only me to change it.

You could set it up for them on their PC and don't tell them the password I suppose... that's assuming that it is POP3 mail - wouldn't work for webmail.

Anybody that has the password to an account can change it whether it be web based or POP3. Giving a password is giving the individual total control.

I think the best thing to do is create a new email address for each individual and then forward emails to them.
