I am considering adding my old Nvidia 260GTX along side my new 650GTX as a stand alone physics card.

My spec is...

AMD Athlon II 640 8GB DDR 2 Ram 650GTX (2gb) 3 HDD's 160, 320,1tb 670W Branded psu DVD drive 2 cooling fans front and back.

I have worked out the total wattage with the 260 card installed and it comes to about 580w. I just don't want blow the PSU obviously, I'm guessing this would be ok?

Also, as the 2 cards wont be in SLI, I wouldn't need to connect them together is that correct?
