Setting up a second computer onto my BT Home Hub2 by utilizing the second outlet it initally failed then connected and asked for a new user name password- this being presumably the router-it giving default name and password Having entered a replacement it several times it repeatedly came up as error because of the use of not allowed characters - when in fact I have not done so. Remedy any one please
