Is 250w enough for this PC?

My friend is building a Mini PC for basic everyday use...Nothing too challenging for the cpu. The case he bought came with a 250w psu which from the reviews i've read looks like a reliable product. However im not sure its enough to power up the pc.

The specs are as follows

AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition 3.1 GHz 7MB
Gigabyte GA-MA74GM-S2H Motherboard
Radeon 2100 (Built into MOBO)
5.1 Surround Sound Card (Built into MOBO)
Samsung DVD-+RW Dual Layer 8.5GB Optical Drive
Kingston Ram 800Mz DDR2 Non ECC 2GB DIMM Kingston
Western Digital 640GB SATA II 16MB Cache 3.5 inch Hard Drive

Thanks

I am no expert, but I expect that those who are will say NO, get a more powerful psu at least 500w.

If it came with a PSU then build it and test it, you will then find if you need to up grade or not...

Mini PCs are designed to very tight specifications, with limited chances to change the contents, that may be the only PSU that fits the Case.
