hi all hope someone can help here....
i have been given the task of removing some virii from a laptop..running avg in vista home basic .
avg reports a folder containing 20,000 trojans, but there is no way i can find the folder in the location reported ..have tried view hidden folders from folder properties ...still cant find it .
avg stops running saying the vault is full every time i run it ,so thought i'd delete the folder to give avg a chance to finish ...but cant find the folder .
any help out there ???? Dave.
