Try Avery J8162 (inkjet)if you have list of label templates. 8 labels each 99.1 X 34

You could also download Avery DesignPro Lite if you are not stuck with Word.

What is the label size?
At 16 per sheet they could be 99.1 x 34mm or 105 x 37 mm.

In word, tools/envelopes and labeld/options/new label and fill in the sizes of your label, give it a name and exit, choose your new label.

As said above, the Avery ref is J8162 or, if J8162 isn't there, L8162 which is the same.

To get a different name and address for each label you would need to make a database containing all the details and then do a merge.

Just checked with my system. I have Avery Labels which I use. But I also have Word 2000 and have downloaded Avery Wizard which is a free add-on to Word. Tried it with Word 2000 and there is an option to enter different information on all 16 labels on screen. No need for a database, except, of course a database need only be made once and used many.

Try here for Avery Wizard for Word 2003:

rsturbo, try this. Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and Labels/Options/New Label then, create your own label template, using the very straightforward instruction in the illustration.
