2 BT Home Hubs work together?

I have upgraded my BT Home Hub 1.5 to the new BT Home Hub 3n technology but not yet installed the newer version.
I use the 1.5 home hub sited next to the upstairs study computer to run the BT Vision Box sited downstairs in the lounge via Ethernet connected power line adaptors.
The question is whether I can leave this system intact and add the new BT Home Hub 3n to the incoming phone line (same BT phone line) to the downstairs computer and wireless laptop, using the new 3n technology to obtain hopefully faster line speed? i.e. Would 2 BT Home Hubs work together on the same phone line?

No, you cannot connect two ADSL Modems (which the Home Hub incorporates) simultaneously to the phone line.

Thanks for reply, confirmed what I expected.
