2 broadband connections in 1 house - Possible?

  CLONNEN 11:42 30 Aug 09

We have 3 desktop computers connected to a single ADSL broadband connection via a wired router.

Ideally we would like one of the computers on a separate internet connection as my brother plays World of Warcraft on it and it slows down the entire network.

We only have the one phone line socket.

Would a mobile broadband stick be able to handle online gaming? If so which one is best - any recommendations?

WoW would quickly use up the data allowance provided by most mobile bb ISPs, especially when client updates are released (though you could switch back to the landline for offline updates of that nature) - it gets very expensive after that.
Slower response too - from the WoW forum; click here

You can only have another broadband connection via ADSL if you install another line, or if your area has cable/fibre optic you could sign up with another ISP in addition to the one you use now using that medium instead.
