169.254.170.20/255.255.0.0 trying to connect?

comodo stated that 169.254.170.20/255.255.0.0 was trying to connect, and whether to allow it or not? Comodo automatically had it down as a new "home network" to be saved.

I had switched my router back on, but this is not the usual address that is likely to pop up-should I accept it/save it in comodo as my new home network address, or simply ignore?

I have found that the 192.168.x.x/255.255.0 range of addresses are usually the ones for my home router when it is set up, but I have not seen the former address before. I found out that the 192.168 range to be the most common from some googling, when setting up a home network, but ive not sen 169.254 before, and some posts from some sites suspect that there could either be a problem, or the system is trying to set up a private network, but which is correct? my system still connects when both addresses have been saved in comodo. thanks for any info
