16 bit subsystem

I have scanned my system with Tune-up Utilities, and there was a report
'The resources of the 16 Bit Subsystem are very low'

Not sure what this means, how can I rectify this please.

If you arent experiencing any problems, ignore it. Windows runs on a 32 bit system and creates resources for a 16 bit application as and when required.
