i`m with NTL, very slow all day, even the sites that normally run quick.

things seem to be speeding up tonight.

thought it was me, ran norton scan and spybot, but found nothing.

must be the whole system.

There is crackling on the line, causing problems with my Dial up and broadband.

I am curently connected using my mobile phone connection, which is fine.

However if i try to connect to MSN, there is a problem with your internet connection.

I have had problems with BT for the last year using sat adsl 512. Very inconsistent & costly.
So I would like your views on ISPs particularly broadband speed down & up.
I have consistently checked the speed & on only a few occasions has any consistently been achieved. So my exchange will be upgraded Oct 15

It is not my ISP: Supanet.

I have called BT, the fault is one of my phones or the modem.

I dont even have a modem! It is straight into the server via a LAN port.

My website is also affected as I run it from my own server.

I have told BT and they said that it will affect your Internet connection and to try different exensions.

I have unpluged everything but my server from the phone line, same happens, Crackle.

To send someone down it is £58
