I have heard that BT is planning, from this summer, to offer an un-metered 128Kbps dual isdn service for those of us for whom broadband is a pipe-dream. Can anyone offer enlightenment?

This is the same minimal information that I managed to find. I'm hoping that someone might know more, such as when this might be rolled out accross the country and how much it might cost.

It could be

a) Nothing has been decided yet, and

b) It is commercially sensitive information

You'll just have to wait, like everyone else in your situation. :-)
