128 bit SSL encryption

I have been refused access to an online application form due to a lack of "128 bit SSL encryption".

How would I enable this level of security?

If you are using Internet Explorer, you need version 5.5 or later to get 128 bit encryption.

If you click on Help in your browser, and "About Internet Explorer, it will tell you which version you have, and the encryption level.

Please check IE Tools; Internet Options; Advanced; and make sure (under security) Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 are ticked.
