Does anyone know where i can get a Fast ATA133 if possible HDD 10-20gb. Dont want to EBAY coz got burnt.. new or used.. ??

Only want to use for AV + OS as Mobo doesnt support boot up on SATA disks..

I would buy a new drive, although you will struggle to get a 10/20 gb new drive.

Don't even consider a used hard drive

Like all mechanical items drives will fail eventually, and these are delicate bits of electronic equipment liable to damage especially when in transit

As brand new 40GB and even 80GB HDDs can now be acquired for around £35-£45 including VAT, there's no reason to take even the slightest risk by using a secondhand drive.
