100% CPU?

Hi im running windows xp and recently and right now actually my pcs been using 100% of the cpu making my pc really slow. It was explorer.exe doing it and i dont know why. Also i have updated spybot and searched for spyware, deleted it all but the porblem is still there. Also does anyone know what the PF Usage is in task manager. It says mine is using 300 MB of it. When usually it is about 174 or so.

it was like this yesterday and then it went away after a restart and now its doing it again. Thanks for any help given.

I thing PF = Page File, also known as virtual memory

yes well the virtual memory is increasing by the second. Anyone know whats wrong?

i had the same problem and was advised to uninstall realone player then restart pc--my pc was back to normal 12% cpu. hope this helps
