000CCD9A from 8F24:068D what is using this address

Hi there. First my system, Win 98, Pentium 2 @ 448Mhz, 384Mhz RAM, a small 6Gig hard disc in 2 partitions of 2 and 4 Gig. An Agfa Snapscan on USB. STB Velocity 4400 video adapter.
The problem is that following flecc's brilliant "Strewth", I thought I'd give 98lite a go, (silly me) however, when I get to the installation stage, I get a message something like "000CCD9A from 8F24:068D is already in use, continuing will make the system unstable". I have an idea that it is my STB Velocity 4400 video adapter that is the culprit, but would like to know for sure. Does anyone know of anything that can help to pinpoint these addresses. Thanks in advance. (I just have time to to post this, but have to go back to work. I'll get back to any responses this evening)
