Most suitable graphic card for dawn of war II

I recently purchased dawn of war II, and noticed that with my current set up I can only play with minimum graphic settings.
I am considering upgrading my current card which is a 256 Mb, ATI Radeon x1300 pro.
I have an inspiron 531 computer with dual processor
2.31 GHz and 2 GB RAM.
I suspect I have a PCIe and 300 watts power.
I only want a moderate upgrade as I leave the shoot em ups for my PS3 and just play strategy games on the PC. Also don’t want to fiddle around with power settings and the like. My budget would be say 50-130 £.
Also, is it difficult putting one in as I have never opened a computer let alone installed some hardware?

Lots to choose from, but here's 3 suggestions:

Radeon X1650 Pro ($40)
Radeon HD 4670 ($80)
Radeon HD 3850 ($100)

Installation is easy, so no need to worry about that. Since you already have a graphics card in you can open the case, release the tag on the old card, pull it out and insert the new card.

A 300 watt PSU may be enough to run a higer powered card providing its marked and tested to high (running) temps. A generic brand may struggle.
