Cheap PC to play some older games?

  Acer-1 19:10 20 Dec 08

I recently brought a Dell GX280 SFF but due to the rather small 160w psu it was no good for playing games.

I then yesterday brought a HP DC7100 CMT on ebay for £75 it seemed to be great for what i wanted it for a 3.00ghz Pentium 4 Proccessor and upto 4gb of ram and a pci express 16x slot, i have got a pci express graphics card a xfx geforce 8400gs 256mb. Anyhow they said i would'nt get the pc till january but i've been reading on the HP forums and people have been having problems putting graphics cards in, something to do with the bios.

So i have asked for a refund, all i wanna know is there any make of pc that is better suited for gaming?

I only want something that handle older games like Counter Strike Source, Dark Messiah Might & Magic, Half Life 2.

Something for £100 or less that has a pci express slot and a pentium 4 2.8ghz or above.

Any Help Appreciated.

Most makes should be OK.
May be worth paying more £££ to get a better gaming pc?
