The Canon MP610 (and similar) say an adapter is needed to allow direct printing from an xD memory card. The problem is I can't find where to purchase one of these cards. Does anyone know where I can buy one ?

Details from MP610 web site say that no adapter is required for : CompactFlash ®, Microdrive, Memory Stick®, Memory Stick Pro™, SD Memory Card ®, MultiMediaCard™, and SDHC Memory Card.

BUT
¹ Using recommended adapter - not supplied :
xD-PictureCard™¹, Memory Stick Duo™¹, Memory Stick PRO Duo™¹, RS-MMC™¹, miniSD™¹ and microSD™¹.

It needs to convert the xD to another memory card format that fits , not to usb, so that it can be connected via one of the memory card slots on the printer.

ie xD to any of .... CompactFlash ®, Microdrive, Memory Stick®, Memory Stick Pro™, SD Memory Card ®, MultiMediaCard™, and SDHC Memory Card.

Not that it matters now, but Yes the link took you to the home page. Have a look at the Compact Flash IDE Adapters link down the left side
