Which is best pci or usb tv card or freeview box?

I am getting a pc for the bedroom and want to watch tv on it. Am I better off getting either a pci card, usb stick or a freeview settop box from argos. Hoping to install win mce 2005 on pc, so whatever I get has to be compatible..Any recommendations are more than welcome.

Thanks "StreetWork", If that is the case, which pci card is the best one to get. As I said it must support win MCE, as well be able to capture radio. My budget is £30 max

I had a wintv usb reciever and just changed to a Pinical PCTV Dual DVB-T Pro PCI card.
The PCI card is fantastic it also has a remote control. The picture quality is better than any other TV in the house.
I can also record one chanel when watching another,or record two together.
It works well with the Windows xp media centre and theie programing guide,easy to recrd stuff.
It also has software from Pinical for media centre and video editing.
