VCR connection to PC Hauppage Tuner card

I have searched our PC forums for an answer to this one but am still unsure as to what cable I want and where to connect it.

I have a JVC HR-S6955 EK video Cassette recorder and I want to connect it to my newly installed Hauppage WIN TV1100 TV Card. ( The idea being to download home videos to my PC and subsequenly to DVD. The VCR has 2 scart outlets (as well as an L-1 in/out connector and an RF connector) and so no problem there, (I think!). The TV card has an S video input connector as well as a Composite video connector. I assume I need Scart at the VCR end of a cable but what do I need at the other end? S-video or Composite

Any advice gratefully received before the cats dismantle any of the many cables I have that don't fit
