TV with PVR

Back in April I bought a TV with a fitted PVR from E-Buyer. Unfortunately I have had problems with the original set, and FOUR replacement units. I have now returned the TV and am getting a refund.

The TV was a "Dual LE32PVR0801 32\" HD Ready TV"

My question is "can anyone recommend a TV with a built in PVR"

Thanx in advance

If one goes faulty, you lost both for an unknown period.

Better to have a decent TV and a separate PVR (Humax) I would suggest.

Buy them separately, the chance of getting exactly the TV you want and exactly the PVR you want, in the same package, is very low. However buying two items means you have a choice of a very wide range of equipment.

Plus the advantage of upgrading one without the other (and the repair option as above).

Just take a look around at the very extensive range of PVR's (from subscription Sky+HD all the way through to free Freeview).

For some ideas have a look at click here

have just bought a Techkna 32" from Tesco, it has a USB recording facility, and comes with a 4Gb Flash drive, or I can put on one of my recycled laptop hard drives. Only cost just under £300

Highly delited with it
