tv plus record facility wanted

My mother (who is nearly 91 years old) wants a new TV. She also wants to record her favourite programs. Mum is not that good with technology, and would like if possible the TV and record all in one. There are plenty of recorders out there but can I get a TV for her with a recorder built in?

I am looking at something like a 32" screen and not a top of the range TV. She is not internet connected so a smart TV would be of no use.

Thanks in advance

Seems to be a thing of the past to have a built in HDD. LG32LT5 sounds like what you wanted but nowhere seems to have any in stock.

All modern TVs will record and play back from the USB socket but only the channel you are watching - ok if late at night or you are out but not if you want to watch another channel at the same time.

To record something, while watching something else, needs a twin tuner.

I run my old Humax box through a Technika TV, set to scart input. TV remote to switch on and control volume Humax remote for everything else.

However if elderly that's confusing, my mother struggles with more than 4 channels:0)
