Has anybody out there used the Slingbox for streaming TV? I travel a lot overseas (in Moscow at the moment) I was wondering if anybody out there could give me any information on the quality of pictures I could expect and any practical hints for using it. In the UK I will be using a broadband connection(4Mbs) and the same in Moscow although at only 512Kbs.

According to the review this week in 'another magazine' they point out that the quality of playback is directly affected by the connections UPLOAD speed. They said that the picture was perfectly watchable over a 1Mb connection with an upload rate of 256Mb. If your Moscow service has the same 256 up then I guess that it would be the same.

Don't expect High Def though :D
