O2 bolt on internet - slow to update credit

I use the o2 internet bolt on for my SE k800i mobile. My month is up, but the service still says it is 'already active' when i try and pay for a new month. When i access mobile net my credit reduces, as if the bolton is not active, which is most likely true. Anyone else had the same problem?
