Nero - increasing sound level when copying a dvd

  PC_HelpMe 20:56 06 Dec 06

I've been told that as I have Nero, I should be able to copy a DVD and increase the sound level of the copy by up to 200%. (I copied a relative's wedding from a video cassette to my dvd recorder's hard drive, and then copied it on to a dvd disc. The sound quality was poor on the original recording, but I am trying to find some software that I can access it with and "clean" up the audio). Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

At the second screen where it says to leave other settings unless you know what you are doing, click on Audio and then normalize. This will bring up the audio level to an acceptable level.
Read the link carefully and you will have no problems. All the software listed is free.
