I have a Sony Ericsson 800i which has Bluetooth facility. It talks to my hands-free facility in my car and recognises my computer. When I want it to connect to my computer I get the above message. I've Googled this and some others seem to have the same problem but SE seem reluctant or unable to sort it. Anyone got ideas please.

In rage and desperation have binned my Sony E, or, rather, got a free change to a Nokia which communicated excellently out of the box.
Perhaps this should have been in Consumer Watch.
