I have an Iphone 5 and it is the same model number as my sons but is not 4G ready like his. The model number is MD299B/A. Can it be enabled for 4G? I am with Vodafone and my son is with EE/Orange.

Thanks. Not a bad idea. Got 6 months to go on my contract so wondered if the phone could be enabled, especially as they just sold me a 4G package. Cheaper than before so no complaint there, they just didnt check if my phone was compatable.

Vodafone does support 4g on IPhone 5. Take a look at this from vodafones forum click here

Mine is a 5 not 5s or 5c and the suggestions on the forum link do not work sadly. But thanks anyway
