My wife had a Nikon Coolpix 7900 and could easily turn on and off the datestamp on digital images. She has now a Panasonic Lumix FX 35 where the datestamp feature is more obscure - you can't turn it on and off, you have to select photos and tell the camera to stamp them- and they reduce to 3m. pixels. I have Photoshop CS3 and Adobe Bridge and notice date etc. tags are on photos, Can I batch datestamp photos in PS CS3 and reload them onto a SD card for printing in Asda ETC? any suggestions how to make this easy?

Something that I've never wanted to do, but would imagine it would be quite simple to just create an Action.

A very simple way would be to download Exifer click here which is freeware.

In Exifer with a folder of images open go to "Image">>"Watermark" A box will open and over on the righthand side select "Others". from the dropdown box select Exif Image and then "Date Taken". Click continue, here you will be able to select a folder to save the time stamped images to.
