Can anyone tell me if it is possible to change a movie recorded on a Konica Minolta digital camera to a jpeg on a pc?

If it is possible how do you do it?

A jpeg is a *still* picture - so basically the answer is no - you would have to convert it to an mpeg, or some other movie format.

However - what does the camera manual say about transferring movies into a PC? - presumably that's what you actually want to do - maybe it does it easily without any conversions?

Or does the manual describe how to capture a single frame, because that is easily exported as a jpg?

If you transfer the Vidoe File to your PC ( as if it was a still image ) it will play via Windows Media Player-and other media players.

If you then want stills from it you can use screen print ( but Paint Shop Pro or a similar image processing software will be better )
