Convering Windows WMA audio/visual files

I am completely in the dark on this as never tried before. Can someone recommend some free software and/or a program that I can play or edit some VMA audio/video files from my Vitivar DVR310 Video recorder, on to Television please After buring to DVD Disk of course. Or just a converter !!

Actually its sorted now by using Windows DVD Maker [Vista].thanks for taking the trouble to reply...AB68
