I was sent a digital camera's movie file 8MB .mpg file which only lasted 22 seconds.

If I want to send similar files to people via email, what is the best way of compressing it.

Is the pro version of this the best tool to gor for ? click here

From a digital camera, I'm guessing it's an mpeg1 type file and it plays full screen size? Can you open it in Windows Movie Maker, if so then try saving it in WMM as a WMV windows media video file type which will play in windows media player on other peoples windows machines. There are various quality levels and file sizes in WMM save options so you could balance between file size for emailing and quality.
