argh technology is out to get me. My Samsung Galaxy (4 mini) will not connect to internet - it did until last night when I deleted 'My Family' from Mirosoft (via my laptop) so that my (18 year old) daughter might be able to actually download apps. She wasn't on my account anyway, but now my phone is showing a screen saying 'log in unsuccessful' everytime I go near a link. Can't cancel, or ignore, does not even give me a chance to request forgotten details.

Phone up till now has also been showing an alert in top of screen saying 'unauthorised access' but no idea what that means. I think I have AVG anti virus software on my phone.

Has anyone else had any of this also?

Not sure why this posted twice. I have run AVG check, but phone still doing it. No sign of My Family on laptop but it doesn't make sense as I do not have a windows phone (it is android). The message on the phone does not indicate what account I can't sign in to either.

Think I have fixed it - bit the bullet and cancelled google account on phone and then reinstated it. Bit scary (saying everything will be deleted) but seems to have solved it now. Thank you for looking,if anyone else has this problem try that.
