Biostar iDEQ 200a - upgrades for 1080p HD TV?

I have been given a Biostar iDEQ 200A Small Form Factor Barebone System and would like to upgrade it to be a home entertainment unit for DVI-HDMI connection to my 1080p HD TV.
Apart from swapping to a larger hard disk (160Gb EIDE) and perhaps going with Windows Media Centre OS, what HD capable graphics cards and other components should I consider?

Windows XP
80Gb EIDE Hard Disk Drive
512Mb PC2100/2700/3200 DDR SDRA
Intel Pentium 4 Northwood and Prescott

Onboard
S-ATA Raid -> VIA VT6420 RAID 0/1
Optical S/PDIF in/out
VGA ATI IGP 9100
AGP 4x/8x
PCI slots 1

Many thanks for any comments and suggestions, in anticipation

A bit of a late response, but thanks, MCE2K5!!

The key bit was;

Although a CPU speed is not mentioned, you should be looking at a 1.3GHz processor with 256Mb as a minimum, and 2GHz+ with 512Mb Ram or more is strongly recommended. Hyperthreading and dual core processors do offer an advantage but are not essential for acceptable performance. If you want to use an extender the minimum spec is 2.8 GHz with 256 Mb of RAM and the requirements climb as the number of Extenders does..
