I've got a Bush 32in LCD TV (non HD, non-freeview, about 3 years old).

Watching TV on it - no problem
Playing PS3 games - no problem

Watching DVD's is another matter.

We were using the PS3 to watch DVD's, and over the weekend I noticed a flickering line running the width of the screen about 2 inches from the bottom of the screen when there was movement in the scene, or the scene changed - irritating, but the remainder of the screen is fine.

Thought it was the PS3, so rigged up the DVD player - same problem - same on any DVD we used.

So, any idea's? The PS3 is run off a HDMI cable, and the DVD player from a scart lead (as is sky).

Erm... this may be as simple as the cable not being fully plugged in. Check the connections and come back here if the problem persists.
