I had been thinking of moving phone and broadband to O2 as in click here

However, I have just discovered that Zen do a similar deal - not quite as inclusive as O2 click here and £1.99 more expensive. The big attraction for me is that, whilst O2 insist on a 12 month contract, Zen only have a 1 month contract. Giving it a try is a no-brainer for me (I'm already on Zen broadband).

I will be very interested in your experience. I too am thinking of moving to Zen ("Which" top ISP) for this very reason (monthly rolling contract) and a UK helpdesk. I think quality is as important as price - if , for some reason, O2's service deteriorated and you want to change, you are stuck with a long lead time.

I've been with them for just over 3 years for broadband and have never had a problem. On the odd occasion (only once or twice) when I've wanted some information, they have been incredibly pleasant and helpful.
