As chub_tor has pointed out, the RAM definitely needs upgrading. 2GB is simply not enough. You can buy 8GB for £36 here.
Intel processors currently perform much better than AMD ones, so you'd be better off going for an i5 if you can, rather than the Phenom.
Graphics card is OK. It's the most important part of a gaming system so if you have any money left over then that's the part most deserving of an additional upgrade (after increasing your RAM from 2GB!). The nVidia GTX560 can be bought for £143 here, or if you go with ATI/AMD, you could get a Radeon 6850 for £108, or a Radeon 6870 for £142.
If you don't mind me asking, where has quoted you that price and how much do they want for it?
