Thanks Taff™ - it's a good one and I've installed it and synced it with my pda.

By the way, do you know of any similar files that might be helpful -say half term dates and so forth? You know, to save me having to put them in manually.

  Woolwell 19:30 13 May 06

Regrettably half-term dates are not the same for every Local Education Authority.

Woolwell - true enough - I'd not thought of that :-(

By the way, LEAs have been remoddeled again as simple LAs ;-)

Thanks for that Excel Link - I needed one of those for the local pub sweepstake.

I downloaded but did not run the Cup Outlook because it said only for Outlook 2003, and I and my grandson only have Outlook 2000 on our machines.
Was the advice with the download from Microsoft Small Business site accurate or have some of you put it on 2000?

It actually says "Optimised for Office XP and above" - I`ve got it on XP.

Try VoG™`s link - It`s a much better Excel file and more colourful.click here
