need a 6 month contract with a fairly good speed (2mb or so), im a satudent too so if theres any special deals for students that'd be great...i've looked and most of the contracts are 18months but we wont be living there for 18months as far as i know so i dont see this as appropiate..

I always recommend PlusNet for students in your situation click here 1 Month contracts and a very good ISP. Read the Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure that if you take their free router they don`t claw back money on cancellation. You`d be better off buying your own router. They also might charge you proportionately for the installation charge.
