I am thinking of buying one but dont what to look for. Whats the specification i shoup be looking for and is there a difference between "dual" and "double". these words are mentioned on some specs but i dont know which one means you can copy the more than 4.5Gb DVD. NEC 3500 16x DVD+/-R writer with 4x Double Layer DVDR writing compatibility and 48x CDR writing compatibility, £49.98 click here

Have everything going for it.

Dual: + and - DVD formats, just link VHS and Betamax in vidoe recorder.

Double: double layer, write on two layers of discs, can record 8.5GB with dual-layer discs.
